How to Enhance the Adhesion of UV Coatings

How to Enhance the Adhesion of UV Coatings

The adhesion of UV coatings is a critical factor affecting their spray-coating quality. In practical applications, differences in substrate materials, variations in coating thickness, and factors such as the power of UV curing can all lead to insufficient bonding between the coating and the substrate, resulting in issues like paint chipping and failure to pass testing. To address these problems, it is possible to enhance the adhesion between the coating and the substrate through appropriate pre-treatment measures.
