Modified epoxy acrylate

B-153

Product features:

B-153 is a modified bisphenol A-based epoxy acrylate. Compared to the B-100 and B-100M series, it features a lower halogen content and exhibits significantly improved flexibility, resistance to yellowing, resistance to boiling water, and resistance to salt spray. At the same time, it retains the polar and rigid structure characteristic of epoxy resins and demonstrates excellent adhesion to ABS, PC/ABS, paper, and wood. Overall, B-153 combines the dual characteristics of both EPA and PUA: its curing volume shrinkage is lower than that of EPA, and its curing rate is relatively slower; yet its tensile strength is lower, its elongation at break is smaller, and its curing rate is faster than that of PUA, enabling it to produce coatings with an exceptionally ideal balance of flexibility and toughness. The coating film of B-153 is softer than that of B-151.
