Aliphatic polyurethane acrylate

B-6210

Product features:

B-6210 is a polyurethane-acrylate resin containing two functional groups—hydroxyl and acrylate—that, when combined with an isocyanate compound, can be cured via a UV-thermal dual-curing process to form a functional coating. This resin features low viscosity, high curing speed, and produces a cured coating that is both hard and tough, with excellent chemical resistance. It also exhibits outstanding performance in environmental endurance tests, including high- and low-temperature cycling, impact resistance, and salt-spray testing.

Recommended use:

In the field of radiation curing, such as dual-cure resins for automotive interior parts and dual-cure systems on nail tips; as well as in applications like inkjet printing that demand high solids content (fast curing) and low viscosity for resins.

Shelf life:

Store at room temperature, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life: 6 months.

Packaging specifications:

200L packaging drum; 20L packaging drum.

Precautions:

None
