Polyester acrylate

B-574

Product features:

B-574 is a high-functional polyester acrylate that is benzene-free, odorless, low-viscosity, and features rapid curing. It exhibits excellent compatibility with other resins and demonstrates outstanding wetting and dispersing properties for pigments. The VOC content of B-574 meets the standards for cigarette packaging. Its viscosity is only 5 to 8 times that of TMPTA, yet its cured hardness is comparable to DPHA. Moreover, its required exposure energy is even lower than that of DPHA—UV energy as low as 100 mJ/cm² can fully cure a 50-micron-thick film in a single pass.

Recommended use:

Recommended for systems such as plastic coatings, wood finishes, motorcycle clear coats, and roller-applied clear coats. It can also be used in colored UV ink systems for offset printing and screen printing.

Shelf life:

Store at room temperature, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life: 6 months.

Packaging specifications:
