DPHA-90 (Dipentaerythritol Hexaacrylate)

BM6263

Product features:

BM6263 (DPHA-90) is a dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate synthesized from 90-grade dipentaerythritol. It features a high degree of esterification, low impurity content, rapid curing, high crosslink density, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance.

Recommended use:

UV hardening liquid, PVC hardening coating, PCB ink, UV offset printing ink, plastic UV coating, and more.

Shelf life:

Store at room temperature, sealed and protected from light; shelf life: 12 months.

Packaging specifications:

200L packaging drum; 25L packaging drum.

Precautions:

Due to its molecular structural characteristics, BM6263 is prone to crystallization and whitening when stored long-term at low temperatures; heating it to 40–60°C and holding at that temperature for 24 hours or longer can restore it to a transparent, uniform state.
