Introduction

DPHA-80 is a cost-effective dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate with medium viscosity, fast curing, high photosensitivity, high hardness, and excellent abrasion resistance.

Specific Application Testing

Take the application in PCB photoresist solder mask green oil as an example;

Photosensitive Green Oil Main Agent A:

Hardener B:

Mix the photosensitive green oil main agent A and the curing agent B at a ratio of 3:1 until thoroughly homogeneous, then use 100T mesh screen printing for testing.

Note: Compared with the commercially available DPHA-80, this product exhibits similar performance in terms of reaction speed, ink hardness, adhesion, gloss, and solder resistance, meeting the product’s requirements. In terms of development, under conditions of short pre-baking time at 75℃ and low exposure energy, both products demonstrate excellent development performance. However, when the pre-baking time is prolonged and the exposure energy is increased, the development performance of both products deteriorates.

Application Scenario Recommendations

Compared with other resin formulations, it is widely used in PCB inks, UV offset inks, hardening solutions, plastic UV coatings, and PVC hardening coatings, among other applications.
