Product Recommendation: BM6263 (DPHA-90)

1

Keywords

Dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate, with enhanced hardness and abrasion resistance.

2

Introduction

DPHA-90 is a dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate synthesized from dipentaerythritol. It features fast curing speed, high cross-linking density, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance.

3

Basic parameters

Note:

Mechanical Property Test Formula: B-296 : DPHA-90 : TPGDA : Photoinitiator 1173 = 50 : 30 : 20 : 3

4

Specific Application Testing

Take the application in PCB photoresist solder mask green oil as an example;

Photosensitive Green Oil Main Agent A:

Hardener B:

Mix the photosensitive green oil main agent A and the curing agent B at a ratio of 3:1 until thoroughly homogeneous, then use 100T mesh screen printing for testing.

Note: Compared with the commercially available DPHA-90, it exhibits similar performance in terms of development characteristics, reaction speed, ink hardness, adhesion, gloss, and solder resistance, meeting the product requirements.

5

Application Scenario Recommendations

Compared with other resin formulations, it is widely used in fields such as UV hardening liquids, PVC hardening coatings, PCB inks, UV offset inks, and UV coatings for plastics.
