Party Building Forum

Strengthening talent support for modernization efforts.

A nation’s enduring prosperity hinges on its talent pool. The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must deeply implement the strategy of building a country strong in talent. Cultivating and fostering a large number of high-quality talents who possess both moral integrity and outstanding ability is a long-term plan for the country and the nation’s sustained development. On this new journey, talent work—and the strategy of building a country strong in talent for the new era—have been elevated to an even more prominent position, providing powerful impetus and strategic guidance for China to usher in a new chapter in talent development.
