Development of a UV Glass Protective Ink for Ultra-Resistant Cutting Fluids
This paper addresses the issue of easy damage to the surface of optical glass displays during processing and fabrication. We have researched and developed a UV glass protective ink that exhibits exceptional resistance to cutting fluids. Furthermore, we investigated the effects of varying ratios of photoinitiators, UV resin formulations, active diluent monomer ratios, and different adhesion promoters on the ink’s surface drying time, adhesion strength, resistance to cutting fluids, and alkali-removal performance.

Application of UV Resins in Wood and Building Material Coatings
In the field of wood coatings, the application of UV resins has already been practically validated. For example, researchers have synthesized a water-resistant UV resin specifically designed for use as a UV primer followed by a water-based topcoat in wood finishes. This resin boasts several advantageous properties, including rapid photocuring speed, high hardness, excellent flexibility, outstanding interlayer adhesion, and superior water resistance. These characteristics indicate that UV resins hold great potential for application in wood coatings.
