Invitation
Guangdong Boxing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. cordially invites you to the 2025 China International Coatings Exhibition, to be held from November 25 to 27 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Our booth number is: E4.C17.
01
Introduction to the 2025 China International Coatings Exhibition
This year’s exhibition spans more than nine halls (E2-E7, W1-W4) and features a total gross exhibition area exceeding 105,100 square meters—the largest scale in the history of the event. Over 1,450 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions will showcase innovative products and technologies tailored to the evolving needs of downstream industries across five major exhibition zones. Concurrent with the exhibition, a series of technical exchange activities—including specialized technical seminars and national coatings industry conferences—will be held, providing industry professionals with a platform to share experiences, acquire new knowledge, and stay abreast of cutting-edge industry trends.

Booth Highlights
At this exhibition, we will focus on showcasing the following products.
1. Ethoxylated/Propoxylated Acrylate Monomer
Acrylate monomers, used as reactive diluents in UV-curable systems, exhibit excellent diluting capabilities, participate in the radiation curing process, and to a certain extent determine the performance of the coating.
Conventional monomers may have limitations in their application scope due to issues such as irritancy and shrinkage during curing. Therefore, Boxing has developed a series of ethoxylated/propoxylated modified acrylate monomers by combining ethoxylation/propoxylation technology with monomer production processes. These monomers feature low irritancy, minimal shrinkage in cured coatings, and excellent flexibility, making them suitable for a wide range of applications including furniture and building materials, inks and inkjet printing, 3D printing, and plastic coatings.
2. UV + Heat/Moisture Dual-Curing Oligomer
UV curing is primarily used for two-dimensional and relatively thin coatings. However, in scenarios involving non-illuminated areas or where fillers block light, UV curing alone cannot fully cure complex three-dimensional surfaces, filled systems, or thick coatings. Therefore, a dual-curing oligomer material system combining UV with heat or moisture has emerged, designed to address the challenges of curing complex three-dimensional surfaces, irregular-shaped parts, thick coatings, and colored curing systems, thereby enhancing the overall performance of curing materials. Based on actual application needs, Boxing has developed and industrially mass-produced several dual-curing oligomers, which have been successfully applied in fields such as PCB conformal coatings, automotive interior components, and potting compounds.
3. Excimer skin-feel oligomer
The excimer skin-feel coating features a specially structured surface—characterized by three-dimensional textures and unevenness—as well as unique surface properties such as friction, elasticity, and flexibility. When in contact with the skin, it imparts sensations of softness, fullness, warmth, and comfort, and exhibits four key attributes: smoothness, lubricity, fineness, and durability. The preparation process consists of three distinct stages: ① Pre-curing stage: Cured using a 395nm UVA-LED, during which the bottom layer is fully cured while the surface layer undergoes only slight curing; ② Skin-feel processing stage: An excimer UVC (172nm or 254nm) rapidly cures the coating surface, matting the top layer and enhancing its tactile feel to become soft, smooth, and silky; ③ Post-curing stage: Cured using a UVA mercury lamp, ensuring complete curing of the coating and achieving the coating’s comprehensive skin-feel performance.
The excimer curing process can be widely applied in fields such as wood-based panels/film materials, plastics, and automotive interior parts. It is currently one of the major trends in the development of functional coating technologies. Bosheng closely follows market demands and has successfully developed and put into industrial-scale production several types of excimer skin-feel resins, which are used in panel manufacturing and the 3C plastics sector.
4. Low-molecular-weight oligomers for EU-standard nail gel polish
EU Regulation (EU 2020/1682) prohibits the use of monomer HEMA and TMPTA in nail products and sets a limit of less than 200 ppm for the polymerization inhibitor MEHQ. In response to this issue, Boxing has launched a series of gel polish products that comply with EU standards.
Boxing New Materials’ booth location is E4.C17. We look forward to seeing you there!
