Phosphate ester acrylate

B-02

Product features:

B-02 is an acrylate phosphate ester that is hydrophilic but not water-soluble, with a fast curing rate. It can effectively enhance adhesion to various substrates such as metals and plastics. The recommended dosage is 1–5%.

Recommended use:

Vacuum-plated UV mid-coat/topcoat, various metal UV varnishes, melamine/PMMA-adhering UV coatings, glass/metal UV adhesives, UV inks, and more.

Shelf life:

Store at room temperature, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life: 6 months.

Packaging specifications:

25L packaging drum.

Precautions:

B-02 will crystallize when stored at low temperatures for extended periods; heating can restore its transparency.
