Phosphate ester acrylate monomer

B-02H

Product features:

B-02H is a phosphorylated acrylate monomer that is hydrophilic but insoluble in water, with a rapid curing rate. It can effectively enhance adhesion to various substrates, including metals and plastics. The recommended dosage is 1–5%.

Recommended use:

Vacuum-plated UV mid-coat/topcoat, various metal UV varnishes, melamine/PMMA-adhering UV coatings, glass/metal UV adhesives, UV inks, and more.

Shelf life:

Store at room temperature, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life: 6 months.

Packaging specifications:

200L packaging drum, 25L packaging drum.

Precautions:

B-02H will crystallize when stored at low temperatures for extended periods, but becomes transparent upon heating.
