Modified epoxy acrylate
B-160D
Product features:
B-160D is a modified bisphenol A-based epoxy acrylate. Compared to the B-100 and B-100M series, it has a slightly slower curing rate; however, it exhibits significantly improved flexibility, elongation at break, and impact resistance. It also boasts excellent resistance to yellowing while retaining the polar and rigid structure characteristic of epoxy resins. Furthermore, it demonstrates excellent adhesion to ABS, PC/ABS, paper, and wood.

Epoxy acrylate oligomer is a versatile UV-curable resin material widely used in coatings, inks, adhesives, and other light-curing formulations. It combines the reactive characteristics of acrylate groups with the strong structure associated with epoxy-based chemistry, helping formulators develop products with balanced curing performance, adhesion, hardness, and surface properties. Epoxy acrylate oligomer can be incorporated into different UV and LED curing systems according to specific formulation requirements. It is suitable for applications where fast curing, good film formation, surface durability, and reliable adhesion are important. Depending on the formulation, it can be used for wood coatings, plastic coatings, metal finishes, printing inks, and industrial surface treatments. Manufacturers can also provide customized epoxy acrylate oligomer solutions based on viscosity, reactivity, compatibility, and end-use requirements. For coating and resin producers, this material offers flexibility in developing efficient UV-curable products with consistent processing performance.
